What I Do.

 

PRINCIPLES OF MY WORK
Sounds so boring ha-ha but at this point in time I would like to introduce to you exactly what I do and what you can expect in a session (and its anything but boring!) I will try and keep this short and sweet as it is a huge topic, one in which I could waffle on for hours but I think its best to just get to the point.
So the principles of my work in a snapshot are:

• BECOMING HEART CENTRED- you are not your mind people!!! Your mind is a tool for interpreting your reality! We are heart centred loving beings that have merely become lost in identifying that we are our minds, our thoughts, stresses and worries! How different would your life look if you made choices and decisions whilst coming from a heart centred, calm, loving, compassionate approach as opposed to a mind based, largely fear driven approach? Enough said.

• GROUNDING such a buzz word but what does it mean?? Well you could call it embodiment, being completely conscious in the present moment ,being here in the right here, right now, connecting to who you really are, feeling centred, aligned, walking on this earth with strength, confidence, purpose and intention, feeling your feet firmly on the earth, your bottom on the seat, not reacting to the past or living in the future, your awareness being right here right. Yes.

• TRANSITIONING OUT OF THE FLIGHT OR FLIGHT MODE- do you know most of us most of the time at any given moment are standing in our reality, sword drawn shield raised ready to fight an imaginary threat!! Did you realise that in any given moment you are ready for battle to defend yourself against a perceived pack of lions that do not actually exist in your reality except in your mind?! This is called being in the fight or flight mode and most of us operate continuously from this place on the daily! It has a range of effects on you- namely feeling stressed and anxious, leading to dis- ease and it is mostly unnecessary!! Isnt that comforting to know ? That you don’t really need to have your sword raised ready to do battle all the time? (and you can save this fight or flight mode for when its really needed!)

• MAINTAINING A STRONG ENERGY FIELD- You know we are energetic beings. We are more than our physical. We are made of energy, we interact with energy and we have a field of energy around us that is called our energy field. This is nothing new people- even science acknowledges this. What we want is a clear, strong energy field so we are not affected by outside negative influences. With our energy field strong vital and healthy we are able to positively express who we truly are.

And that my friends is what I do.

I believe that if we are walking this earth coming from our hearts, loving ourselves, others and our experiences, living in the present, energetically strong, vital and clear. walking our path fully expressing who we totally are then life starts to become fun and engaging, holding a sense of wonder, excitement, possibility and creation! You know there is  another way to be and this is  the expression of who you truly are! You are not your thoughts, your beliefs, your physiological responses, your sensitivities, your past, your future, your worries, your stresses, your circumstances and your experiences. You are so much more. You are you! And that is a wondrous thing.
